At Viksora Sports, we are committed to transparency and fairness in all our transactions. Please read our refund conditions carefully before making a purchase or registration.

• A refund will be issued only if the event is canceled by Viksora Sports
• No refund will be provided for user absence or non-attendance
• If an event is rescheduled, your registration remains valid for the new date

• Rescheduling of a coaching session is permitted if requested at least 24 hours in advance
• No refund will be issued after a coaching session has been booked
• Sessions missed without prior notice will be treated as completed

• No refunds will be issued once course access has been granted
• Please review all course details carefully before purchasing

For eligible refunds, the amount will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited back to the original payment method.
